All items are shipped by me, from Norway.
I ship internationally. I'm unable to ship to a handful of countries because of restrictions from Posten (the Norwegian postal service). These exceptions are listed below:
Shipping times depend on your location. After your order is handed to the postal service, here are some estimated delivery times from Posten (the Norwegian postal service):
All domestic orders (Norway) have free shipping.
All international orders over 70€ have free shipping.
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the weight of your order, and are estimated directly from Posten's rates (the Norwegian postal service).
You will always know the shipping price before you purchase, you can find it in your cart at checkout.
Shipping rates vary from 4.50-18.50€ EUR depending on your location and whether you choose tracked shipping or not.
I always try to get orders out as fast as possible, within 2-3 business days. Please note that custom orders take longer as they are only made after your order is placed. The processing times for custom orders will always be in the product description of the item.
You'll receive an email when your order has shipped. Delivery times vary based on your location.
Tracked shipping will show up as an option in your cart if it is available in your country. Posten (the norwegian postal service) only allows tracked shipping to select countries, and this is unfortunately out of my control.
You will always see the price of the shipping before placing your order, no surprises.
Import taxes may apply depending on your location, please check your country's rules regarding packages received from Norway.

I accept many different payment methods.
Find a custom order listing you'd like to purchase. Choose your variant (such as color, size etc.) and check out. After I receive your order I will make the item exactly the way you like it, within the given time frame (specified in the listing), and ship it to you.
The item is made after the order is placed, hence the "custom order" label.
I don't accept any custom orders outside of these at this time.

Before you receive your shipping confirmation email, you can contact me with any concerns or changes to your order such as combining orders or changing the address.
After you receive your shipping confirmation email, any changes to your order will not be possible, as it's simply out of my hands.

The care instructions for each item can vary depending on the material used to make it, and will always be included in the product description.
However; handwashing your piece and laying it flat to air-dry is always the best option.
Avoiding washing machines and dryers ensures your products last as long as possible.
