Shipping and processing time

Where do you ship from?

All items are shipped by me, from Norway.
Where do you ship to?

I ship internationally. I'm unable to ship to a handful of countries because of restrictions from Posten (the Norwegian postal service). These exceptions are listed below:

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on your location. After your order is handed to the postal service, here are some estimated delivery times from Posten (the Norwegian postal service):
  • Norway: 2-5 days
  • Europe: 4-9 days
  • USA: 4-8 days
  • Rest of the world: 5-12 days
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase, you can find it in your cart at checkout.
How long before you ship my order? What's your processing time?

I always try to get orders out as fast as possible, within 2-3 business days. You'll receive an email when your order has shipped. Delivery times vary based on your location.
Do you offer tracking or express shipping?

Due to cost and complexity, tracked or express shipping are not available as default options at checkout. If you'd prefer to have either, please contact me directly and we'll work something out!

As long as you haven't received your shipping notification email, you can contact me directly and I'll refund the order if it is applicable.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept many different payment methods.

  • Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express etc.)
  • Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay)
  • PayPal
  • "Buy Now, Pay Later" options
How do custom orders work?

Find a custom order listing you'd like to purchase. Choose your variant (such as color, size etc.) and check out. After I receive your order I will make the item exactly the way you like it, within the given time frame (specified in the listing), and ship it to you.

The item is made after the order is placed, hence the "custom order" label.

Can I change my order details?

Before you receive your shipping confirmation email, you can contact me with any concerns or changes to your order such as combining orders or changing the address.

After you receive your shipping confirmation email, any changes to your order will not be possible, as it's simply out of my hands.

How do I care for my crochet and knit pieces?

The care instructions for each item can vary depending on the material used to make it, and will always be included in the product description.
However; handwashing your piece and laying it flat to air-dry is always the best option.
Avoiding washing machines and dryers ensures your products last as long as possible.
