Digital items and custom order items are not eligible for any returns, exchanges or refunds due to the nature of these products.
Return and exchange policy
Unfortunately I am unable to accept returns and exchanges at this time.
However, if something is wrong with your order, please do contact me and I will try my best to help you!
Refund policy
Refunds are not issued for digital products or custom orders due to the nature of these products.
If you have not yet received your shipping confirmation email:
- Contact me to cancel your order and receive a full refund or store credit.
- Contact me with any changes you would like to make to your order before shipping
If you have received your shipping notification email there is very little I can do, as it is simply out of my hands. You can still contact me and I'll try my best to help you.
If something is wrong with your order (i.e. you received the wrong item, something is wrong with the item itself etc):
- Contact me within 30 days of placing your order to see if you're eligible for a complete or partial refund.
Shipping policy
Your order will be shipped using Posten Norge (the Norwegian postal service) unless stated otherwise. Shipping prices are estimated from their rates, and are subject to change without notice should there be a change in the prices offered from Posten Norge.
Tracked shipping is currently not available and I'm unable to provide any information about your order as soon as it's been handed off to the postal service.
Littlehamstercrochet is not responsible for packages lost in transit or returned due to the customer providing flawed or lacking address information at the time of purchase. Upon being returned, the order can be sent out again, but the customer is expected to pay the shipping cost.
